..........Hello fellow prospectors, my name is Chuck Lassiter and I have been on a Midwest Gold quest for over twenty years now. In that time I have gained considerable knowledge about the properties of Midwest placer gold, including where, why and how it forms deposits along a creek or river. I’ve also discovered how to locate the best gold deposits in any stream by using geological maps, indicator minerals, systematic sampling and the characteristics of a given stream.
